Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using Campaign Reach, a recruitment/outreach CRM platform. The Institution is responsible for ensuring use aligns with institutional policy and applicable law.

Permitted use

  • Use the Service only for legitimate recruitment/outreach and related institutional operations.
  • Access only the data you are authorized to access, consistent with your role and assigned scope.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student and applicant information and follow institutional policies.

Prohibited activities

  • Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
  • Sharing credentials, bypassing security controls, or interfering with audit logging.
  • Uploading malicious code, exploiting vulnerabilities, or conducting scanning or penetration testing without written permission.
  • Using the Service to send spam, harassment, unlawful messages, or discriminatory communications.
  • Using the Service for advertising, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.
  • Exporting or disclosing data except as permitted by the Institution and applicable law.

Data handling expectations

  • Minimize data downloads and exports when not required for job duties.
  • Store any exported data securely and delete it when no longer needed.
  • Report suspected incidents (lost device, compromised credentials, unintended disclosure) promptly to your administrator.

Enforcement

The Institution may suspend or revoke User access for violations. Campaign Reach may restrict access to protect the Service, comply with law, or upon instruction from the Institution.
